Hello, My Sister is 24 right now. My grandmother had filed a petition for my mother and hence my sister was the beneficiary. Our Priority date is July 18th 2005 and the interview was today oct 13th 2017. Their case was approved on Jan 6th 2006. The officer said she is not eligible but according to the calculations she is. Can someone please help?
