You're at about 3 weeks since it was delivered, but not being sure if it was delivered to the proper place could be a problem. Did you ever get the name of the officer that interviewed you?

No I didn't. I asked at the InfoPass appointment but be didn't even know we had an interview.

I think Damara gave you solid advice. You can either resubmit your birth certificate if you don't think it got into the proper hands, call your congressperson, or just sit and wait a couple more weeks to see if you get anything in the mail.

Yeah we were talking about resubmiting it. I just dont know how to address it. If the address we put on there doesn't get to the right person then nothing will, besides having the interviews name which I've been trying to get with no success.

I've been checking the online case status. Will that change before I get anything in the mail, or do some people just receive the package with no notification?
