Hi Greenbaum!

Some people who didn't send their Japan Police Cert. to NVC get an RFE..

I go to Japan embassy last week to get another one but they said they can't reissued that, the Japan embassy personnel told me that the police cert. they gave me is the one I need to send to NVC and NVC will then forward it to US Embassy Manila..

That's good information to know. Thanks for sharing. One question is why can't Japan send it to USEM and not NVC? Also, others have initiated their PC thorough the Japanese embassy and can pick it up there and hand carry to their interview. What's the difference I wonder.

They are IR/CR-1, have to complete processing at NVC, police certificate is required by NVC
