Nebraska Processing Times no longer shows I-130 for US Citizen

Hey everyone,

So they updated the processing times a few days ago on the USCIS website like they do every month. For Nebraska it was posted on April 13th, 2015 and is data from February 28th, 2015.

There is no longer a line for:

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21

There is only one I-130 line there now:

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21

Any idea what that could mean? Are they no longer processing them there? Are they hiding it because they are behind? Any idea what will happen to cases now that are there already? Or could they be moving them? Just a little concerned that our case is there and there is now no processing time for it now.

2015-10-11: Resubmit via EP after being told to do so on 2015-10-09 as it looked like our original emails were lost

2015-10-16: Received email for scan date of 2015-10-12. Told that basically nothing can be done and we need to wait 30 days from 2015-10-12 (30+ days lost because they lost our emails)

2015-10-26: Told case is basically complete but that they are building my electronic file. Told there is no timeline for this.

2015-10-30 & 2015-11-13: Still told no update. Building electronic file still and no timeline.

2015-11-17: Case Complete

2015-12-03: Receive packet 4

2015-12-15: Medical

2015-12-18: Medical picked up results

2016-01-12: Interview - Approved!

2016-02-03: POE

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

We had a discussion about this when it happened. (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/544642-nsc-processing-time/). Multiple ppl called USCIS and basically no one knows anything. They sounded confused and didn't even realize so it might be just a glitch.

My case is there and the level one person stated it was not transferred and NSC is still handling I130's.

Haha yeah we all know that!

But yeah...makes me wonder what is going on...I saw in another thread someone called and they got an answer along the lines of "well sometimes we transfer petitions to other centers" making it seem like they might have transferred them all...which I am sure is not the case. But we all know they don't know what they are talking about on the phone from the answers they give people.

They don't.

When I called and asked the processing time for a USC filing an I130 being processed in NSC from the last update. She said 5 months. I repeated then pointed out to her that there is no way she could be reading that from the last update cause it's not there. She actually tried to argue with me then actually read the update rather than follow a script and started stuttering. Placed me on hold 4 or 5 times then sent it to a "manager"

Other chick tried to tell me that when a USC files it takes longer than when a permanent resident files and that's why it's not there cause it's taking longer, I just hung up on her cause she was obviously an idiot.
