We have the same age gap.we talked .phone Skype everyday for 18 months .I went to Tunisia in Jan 2014 we married march3.3rd.my family and his family love us both. He has had to grow up faster than most.he's more nature than men I have met my age.but reality people look at a relationship with this age gap as a non bonafide. Was the CO or nvc or USCIS with us as we layed at night discussing our prior life trageties and triumphs. noo.where they there when we talked about what we want in life.or confessed our love.no they weren't. I found my younger husband he did not find me. Its against the law of Immagration to discriminate against our ages as long as we are of legal age

I don't see any problem at all with that age difference. its just numbers, i had almost the same problem, i first applied for a k1 visa and it was denied and after that we decided to marry then filled for CR1 and it was approved we all now happy each other here, but we really submitted a strong package with enough evidence of bonafide marriage.

all i can i say is that i believe that always the decision is always premade before you go for interview so all its needed is to file with a very strong package

Strong package it means that the package that is sent to the USCIS should be strong enough with evidences like enough pictures, affidavits from poeple from your bothe families and friends agreeing that they are aware of your bonafide relationship and anything possible which shows your bonafide relationship. the more evidence you give the more the chances are more.
