This is what letter said we mailed to biometrics

i am writing this letter in regards to my son .... uscis#. My son had appointment for biometrics scheduled 07/31/2012. I am writing this letter to inform you that my son at this time will be making his permanent residence in canada as he will be pursuing his medical education in canada. Please make note on his file. I had called on 08/20/2012 and spoke to agent# who informed me that i would have to submit a letter stating reason for withdrawl.

Presumably there is also another reason his step father did not file for him. CSPA may help if needed.

what do you mean, how can i get cspa help? Yes step father could not file for him again.

yes i tried and begged my son to stay,,but kids at that age think they no it all. now he knows family is much more important then friends...
