double take

I received my fiancée and self's NOA2 (I-797) today !!!!! It was kind of weird the language that was used, I take it there is no generic paragraph used, but rather unique to the individual. Is this a correct assessment ? Mine indicated it was,

1. forwarded to the listed consulate

2. noted that this was my second approved I-129F and as such entered into a multiple visa petition tracking data base.

How would I know which consulate they are referring too ?

as far as the second question, have no clue what bearing it as, since it was 15 years ago.

Just looking for the next step in this juggernaut process,
