fiance is outside her country of citizenship

I am hoping someone can clarify and help me with this question.

My fiance is from Iran, however, she is currently in the Philippines. She will remain in the Philippines until her interview date.

How am I supposed to fill out the I-129F application as far as her address etc. Since she is an Iranian citizen, she will most likely interview in Turkey. Where will the embassy send her documents, etc if she is outside Iran?

If anyone can clarify this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

She can interview there if she is a legal resident. Is she?

If she has legal presence she can interview where she is. I am Canadian, but was living in NZ. Did all my bits and pieces there.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

If she is a legal resident (has a valid visa) of the Philippines she can complete the visa process in Manila. If you choose to do the process in the Philippines list ONLY her Philippines address as current address.

Otherwise list her home address in Iran and on page 5 Part 2/36a-b you can list the country your fiancee would complete her visa application.
