Wow, in that case people wait for years to get into this country. I'm shocked. This is outrageous. What is this heaven on earth or something? Why such harsh restrictions?

It's always been like that there are limits to how many visas can and will be made per year and per country. It's how it is for non-citizens. Not harsh but necessary you can't just open the flood gates and just let everyone here regardless there are limits. Citizens first as any country does.

Unbelievable. Our priority date is September 4, 2013. Can't believe this, so unfair.

In my opinion it is all USCIS. The Vermont service center sat on the I-130 applications too long and recently realized, NVC was ready to process those applications. They just transferred all those cases to other service centers recently.

Now all PF after Sep 2013 has to wait till those I-130s (with PDs in Sep/Oct 2014) are approved and sent to NVC. This will take atleast 30 to 45 days. Then we can see some jump in the PD in June or July bulletin.

Hi all,

On a more positive note, we Sept 2013 filers should applaud ourselves for maintaining our sanity for this long, despite the retrogression that hit us like a tsunami. Now we are back and this time nobody can hold us down.

For me,I'm simply going to sit back and enjoy the remainder of this epic journey until the IL arrives in my mailbox. And surely, it's only a couple of weeks away.

Cheers all

I honestly do not know how you folks maintain your sanity..,.,this is absurd!

Maybe a change in the "political party" leading this country, "might" listen to the long suffering people like this case.

I am sure that thousands of letters has been sent as to what is going on at USCIS, but I have seen nothing happen.

We suffered 186 days, in 2012 and 2013, at Vermont Service Center, on a K-1.,..,we know pain, but nothing like what is happening here, may God be merciful, and move this process along!
