Our PD is on March 17, 2014. currently, what's being processed for F2A in the Phils is until Aug2013. But NVC already sent us an email Re: ACL (WWRO)(CC) asking us to go through the immigration steps. what does it mean? should we start on the process now? (choosing an agent, paying the fees, etc) THanks for your help. Im new here, by the way. :)

Welcome! Often, NVC processes your file and then the wait happens after they are done with it, waiting for interview.
