Boyfriend from Albania living in Greece

My boyfriend is living in Greece with a passport from Albania. I am wondering until we are sure to marry if he can get a visitor visa, how much time that would give us together, and can it be used multiple times? Thanks Im totally lost...

Sure he can apply for a visitor Visa. s he a resident of Greece?He has more of a chance if he does. Otherwise he would have to do interview in Albania.

How much time he gets to visit varies what you ask for and what you get can differ. At the border he may get a week a month the most one would get for one visit is 6 months.

But regardless where he applies he has to show strong ties to country he is returning. So saying I am visiting my girlfriend and want to stay 6 months is not a good thing.

Thank you that does help. Im wondering though if they find out the reason he is coming is to visit me or if later we need a fiance visa or get married and he needs to come as my spouse will they consider that false information and deny him from coming at all?

Yes it can mess you up. When he he asked at interview or at the border the reason for visit he should always tell the truth came to spend time and sight see with my girlfriend, fiance whatever and family. Always so there are no surprise later.

As long as his intention when applying and then entering the US is to genuinely visit, he will be fine.

And as long as you guys are unsure but decide to get married after he's here, that's fine too. Just be honest with answers.

However if he is coming on a tourist visa just to marry and then stays, that could be seen as visa fraud.

Albania is not the easiest place to get a visa from.

You do not do anything, if he wants a visa he applies, information will be on the Consulate web site.
