Hi guys! I have my k1 interview in London in 2weeks, I'm going through the checklist and I think I have everything, the only thing I'm wondering about is whether I also need to bring the information we provided with the I-129F, the evidence of relationship/photos/Skype calls etc. It doesn't state that I need to provide all these again, but I thought I'd double check! Thanks in advance!

No, London does not require them and it's very doubtful you will be asked for any further evidence.

Feel free to bring some new photos or messages etc if you'd feel more comfortable but you really only need what's required!

Remember they have everything you've already sent in front of them at the interview :)

London is very easy breezy.

No worries.

I took the biggest packet to my interview full of pictures and messages and documents.

The only things they asked for were my..

Birth certificate

Police certificate

Petitioners income information.

Passport photos (which they scanned and handed back)

DS confirmation page

That was it.

So don't worry you'll be fine!

How long did you wait after the medical until having an interview scheduled - you didn't have a timeline I could check?

Thanks

I had my medical on 25th of March, and I filled the applicant of readiness form the same day. I was told by the doctors it would take around 6 weeks for it to process, but to my surprise I received a letter from the embassy a few days later, on 1st of April to be exact with the interview date!! Hopefully you'll be as lucky as I was and receive some news quick!

The interview is usually dates a month from the medical.

You had the medical today so you have to wait 3 days to get the results so that should be Tuesday/Wednesday.

Then they have to send them to the embassy so hopefully they will have them by next Friday and once that's matched with your file they will issue the interview.

So give it 2 weeks and you should get your letter for the interview.

Here's what Visa Journey posted

Not sure what it's like in London.

I would bring everything, nicely organized in a filebox

1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). Your fiance(e) should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).
2. Send copies of the documentary proof that you submitted with the I-129F for your fiance(e) to have on hand for their interview at the embassy. Your fiance(e) should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).
3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).
4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all.
5. You will need several items (for the above form). Gather duplicate evidence of income and resources as appropriate:

(A) Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance
(B) Statement(s) from your employer on business stationary showing: 1. Date and nature of employment; 2. salary paid; 3. whether position is temporary or permanent (also include copies of your last two pay stubs and your previous W-2 for the associated employer if available)
© If Self Employed: 1. Copy of last income tax return filed (or IRS transcripts); or 2. report of commercial rating concern
(D) List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).

Begin collecting these ASAP after your NOA2 arrives. See this FAQ for more tips and useful information on the Affidavit of Support Form.
6. A copy of the NOA2 that you received in the mail. (backup information; the embassy will have copies of this as well)
7. Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, online chat logs (pick several over the prior few months), etc.. from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 until date-now).

Yeah, the doctor's said the Embassy would receive the results within few days, I guess I was lucky to hear from the Embassy so soon after the medical! I had filled my DS-160 before my medical, not sure wether that had anything to do with the quick response!

its very different for every embassy, so I for instance never give advice for the interviews unless it's London, because YOU don't know

1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). Your fiance(e) should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).

the Embassy won't have "copies", the embassy has the original I-129F file. we dont need to bring an entire copy of it

2. Send copies of the documentary proof that you submitted with the I-129F for your fiance(e) to have on hand for their interview at the embassy. Your fiance(e) should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).

1& 2 are exactly the same, not sure what the difference is here. London does not require you to bring the entire package. They have the original

3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).

Yes this can be done, especially if the petition took longer than 6 months, most likely not needed but could be worth having

4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all.

5. You will need several items (for the above form). Gather duplicate evidence of income and resources as appropriate:

London does not require loads of information with the support form. London will accept one proof of Income sure as a recent W2, or a letter from employer

Extras to what I already said would be the NOA2, and intent to marry.

But the documents they ask for are what you need.

Please do not follow the advice above, and just bring what is needed.

Don't take the entire original I-129F package.

England is not a high risk country and the London Embassy is one of the easiest.
