nope not true Dallas lockbox recieved ours on 25th and sent 27th the mail accepted and routed to CSC

Yes, it seems that everyone that sent in their applications the week the mandate was announced may have been routed to CSC directly - or you just got lucky and they dumped your file into the bin accidentally.

This is so frustrating. No offense meant to those that are getting lucky. If only we had waited to file instead of rush as soon as the proposal happened! Ugh.

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but what would happen if we just sent in a new application? My fiancé keeps saying let's try it, but I am telling him there is no way that will make things better.

Personally, I would not risk such an action. You're already out a costly amount of money, and while pulling an application and resending might seem clever, utilizing such a 'loophole' as it were may be a bad thing to do. Canceling an application would take a while. It remains to be seen if these routings will improve TSC's bottom line. Far too early to tell. It does mean that they do have an opportunity to get caught up on cases. Remember what we see on VJ is only a fraction of cases being handled. I would advise waiting for the long haul, and be happy if it comes sooner.

Let us see what will happen to our case week/s or month/s once my fiance will send our documents. And, Danke schon TabeaK.

You will be expedited, well ahead of anyone else here, so don't be overly concerned that you are at TSC. You will be slower than if you had gone to CSC, but you won't be waiting 7+ months that's for sure.

Not sure where your friend heard this, but think most of us who suffered through waiting for 7-8 months at TSC last year, and those that continue to wait this year are proof enough to dispute this information. For Philippines, this does not apply as those cases are expedited and you can expect applications are seen to with speed.

For a Philippine case a few weeks sounds about right at TSC. But if you were at CSC, I think there have been cases completed in little as a week. That was pretty shocking.

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

You are expedited for humanitarian reasons.

And yes of course, we've called them. Many of us have called them, complained to our elected officials, and even sent letters to the President.

The answer is the always the same more or less.

Yes it is. All of us, stuck a TSC experience the same frustration. We have been basically told a big f**** you. Our relationships, our happiness is of no concern to USCIS and are judged to be worth less than, say, those of CSC filers who can be with their loved ones inside 4 months.

We are screwed. We are neither transferred nor expedited and I-129Fs have no priority. No matter how much we contact elected officials or complain, it doesn't help.

So please do not rub salt into the wound, we have done everything we an with no results benefiting us whatsoever.

Im sorry for my english. But, personally I think it's discrimination! That if only you all guys, American citizens, could come together and try to solve it contacting with a lawyer, for example, or even in the Court of Human Rights!! This could help! Only actions. And also BE supportive. We all in this hole!

I know i am just starting this journey but i too face an 8 month + wait at TSC and it all seems grossly unfair and heartbreaking. There must be something we can do? Start a petition maybe?

I see someone from here wrote a letter to your President on 9 Feb this year and soon after they announced they would be routing cases to CSC.

Maybe another letter pleading your cases of being stuck in TSC limbo for so many months is warranted. Please don't be offended by my suggestions as I don't know how things work in the US but surely it can't hurt to try?

As per the March 27th order, all new applications will be directly routed to California Service Center. Do cartwheels, bang some drums, happy dance, and shout it from the rooftops! Your application has escaped Texas Service Center jail. You are very lucky indeed. :goofy:
