NOA 2 APPROVED THRU TEXT AND EMAIL

I got a message thru text and email from USCIS that my NOA2 is already approved back in april 7,2015. I haven't got the hard copy of my NOA1 and NOA2. I called USCIS back in March 28 told them that i haven't received my NOA1 and they said they will send it again.

1. Do i have to wait for my NOA2 for instructions on what to do next?

2. Did u guys have any problems not getting mails from USCIS?

3. If i call them up, for sure they are going to say oh ok we will send it to you again snd wait for a month before you call back and check. Im afraid waiting for a month and i might be waiting for nothing. Is it better if i go to the nearest office to get a copy from there?

4. After receiving the approval of NOA2 from text and email last Apr 7, when should i expect to get the NOA2 hard copy?

I really need help or any answers, i don't know if USCIS or my mailman is having the problem?

Just print the NOA2 that you received electronically. Postal mail can take quite a while to arrive from USCIS.

Ok then so i can do the next steps even i haven't received the hard copy right by following up now with the NVC? If i didnt get the NOA2 by mail, can i send the electronic copy to my Fiancee?

I recieved my hard copy of NOA2 a week after my approval. Wait for a week or 2. It will come. You just got approved 2days ago.

Now you just have to wait for the NVC to recieve your case. It will take 2-4weeks. Call them after 2weeks ask if they have recieved ur case and ask your MNL case# too if its ready. congrats and goodluck.

You can check your case status online at USCIS.gov. Status probably shows it was mailed, in which case you should receive the hard copy within 30 days.

If you need a document re-sent, use the online application.

In the meantime, you do not need to wait for NOA2. The local embassy website (where you will schedule for interview), should have instructions on what you need to do next.

You should already received the NOA1 hard copy after they received your I129f package. It only takes a week or two weeks. Same as with the NOA2 after being approved.give them a call. Another thing is You will need the NOA1 and NOA2 for adjustment of status.

Don't worry too much for the NOA2 since it doesnt mean that the NVC has your case yet. The NVC will send you a Welcome Letter with the instructions you need to follow. I had terrible problems with the letters, each one taking a month to make it to my home (my husband in the U.S had his letters on time).

I did not wait for any hard copies, I worked with the electronic versions. Example: as soon as I received the email from the NVC that my papers were sent to the Embassy in my country I created my profile at ustravel.docs, as soon as the system showed I was able to make an appointment I did, that appointment confirmation is what you need for your medical and then consulate. Long story short, my letter indicating me to schedule my appointment made it home 1 week after I had my interview at the consulate. That letter took almost a month to make it to my home.

I received notification of my April 7th approval as well. I still haven't gotten the hardcopy NOA2, but I expect it soon.

AllanGrace - go to the upper right hand corner of the very top of this page where your username is. Click the arrow to open the menu and click "My Settings" and you can get to "Signature" and type what your heart desires!

Do not wait, as ""you may never get an NOA 2 hard copy"".,.,.,.my friend approved, early January, still has not received an NOA 2 hardcopy, he just used the copy, on through NVC.,.,.,and interview waiting on one document. All is fine.

Just do NOT think that NOA 2 hard copy will be mailed to you, sometimes, yes, sometimes, no!
