Medical Exam - include drug testing for THC?

I know each country has different requirements for the medical exam, but I am wondering in general....does exam include drug testing for THC (weed)?

Curious, it should be standard for US immigration, no? They check for TB and Syphilis, yeah. Kind of random... they also require a bunch of vaccines.

Well, in regards to vaccination it depends on the age range. I had Varicella, Influenza, dT and MMR (I am 28 years old). And yes, that's all the exams we have here, the X-Ray and Syphilis.
