Good luck guys - you should hopefully see some action soon! Fingers crossed CSCcan keep up the pace with the new petitions they are getting.

Can I ask a little favor that all of you make sure the service center in your timelines is correct? If you got assigned a WAC number you were directly routed to CSC from the lockbox in Dallas (which is not the same as TSC) and were not actually transferred.

So please do not put a TSC transfer in your timeline as that would otherwise screw up the timeline predictions for the sorry lot of us who have been stuck at TSC for months with no end in sight.

Thanks!

And ask away, a lot of us have nothing but time on our hands and are very happy to share our experiences.

Hey Tabea,

thank you for your offer!!

I made the same mistake first and put TSC as my service center...but you corrected me..I guess this is all new to us since we are April filers and just discovered the forum and are learning our way around. So thanks for keeping a look out for us and everyone else.

I changed it right away...I also appreciate the stats and wouldnt want to mess with them or get anyones hope up.

But regardless...thanks and hope you will receive your NOA2 soon..:)

Hey Kristy,

yes we started dating when we were only 17....so we decided to get our University degrees first before taking the next step...we always knew we wanted to get marries one day but figured it would be the right time now...after 6 years...since we are both graduating with our degrees in the summer ;)

But regarding your earlier comment...I completely feel guilty for having been so lucky to get routed to CSC.

Otherwise I could have probably have gotten a PhD before having been approved through TSC.......

Hello all,

I'm so new to this, I sent out my I-129F on April 4th and got an email/text on April 7th saying they received my case and were sending it to the California processing center. I'm from New York and I thought that my case would be going to Texas, did this happen to anyone else? (thank you in advance for any replies) :)

Hi Myra,

yes, it appears, all new I-129Fs get routed to CSC for the time being to reduce the incredible backlog at TSC. This seems to be the result of an announcement from USCIS on March 26th:

http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/workload-transfer-within-service-center-operations

Good luck in your visa journey - you likely have dodged a bullet as there are many of us stuck at TSC for months with little moment, but if CSC keeps up the pace you should get approved in a month or two!

Can be immediately after submission or just before NOA-2. You won't know about it though, they no longer put it in the status update. You will find your ARN on the NOA-2 hardcopy.
