Hi, All.

My scan date is January 29, 2015. I called NVC Monday, 3/30 and was told my case has not been reviewed yet. I requested to speak to a Tier 2 Supervisor. She told me she will put in a request to have my case reviewed. Called Tuesday not reviewed yet. Called Wednesday not reviewed yet. Did not call Thursday. I called today and was told my had finally been reviewed. I have an RFI. I sent in a copy of our marriage certificate but it is supposed to have a stamp on the back from the civil registry. I never paid attention to the back of the marriage certificate. She told me to get the marriage certificate sent in and we will get case complete. All of the other documents I sent in were fine no problems. :dancing:

I was more worried about about the AOS document more than any of the other documents or having problems with multiple documents. I am feeling pretty good right now.

Good Luck To All

Thank God I made copies of the back of each document with the sticker/stamp you are referring to. I figured that is what makes it legalized lo

It was a dumb mistake on my part. When she first sent it to me, It was on a separate piece of paper. I thought it was a receipt so I threw it away...lol. Monday, I received the checklist cover letter. This afternoon received the new marriage certificate from my wife by DHL, went to the post office, and sent it off express mail. The new certificate with legalization with be there tomorrow afternoon.

I hope I will not have to wait another 60+ days just for NVC to review one document.

My sister's CL was reviewed in less than 30 days, good luck!
