Silly question about packet 4

Hello all,

I know it might sound silly, but it worries me as my medical interview is in less than 2 week and I don't have my appointment letter yet.

I will have the medical and interview done in Montreal, we scheduled our on May 15 and the medical April 16.

The thing is, I need the appointement letter, which is in packet 4. I haven't received anything the when appointment arrangement were made on march 16. I am starting g to worry I will not have it by then.

Anyone know how long it takes to receive the packet 4 for Montreal?

I'm surprised you were even able to schedule your medical without the letter being in-hand already.

I don't know the timing of that packet but it came pretty quickly for me, but that was two years ago and a CR-1 not fiance visa.

Someone more current should be able to answer a lot better than I just did obviously.

It took me one week to receive packet 4 letter after sending my packet 3 paper via email!

What doctor are you going to? I went to Dr. Mascarhenas in TO, and no one there cared whether I had a letter or not...

I am going to Montreal, Medisys. The call was really odd. I dont have the name so I will find out in 2 weeks.

I am just stressing about the letter and packet 4. My packet 3 was sent by email march 12th. On the 13, I received an email stating I was now allowed to schedule my interview. It was done the same day and I've heard nothing since then.

I think the confirmation email you received saying you can book your interview and medical is your actual packet 4.. I haven't received any hard copy letter from Montreal too but I printed the email.. I hope that will do, fingers cross.

I never received Packet 3 in the mail and I just printed out Packet 4 from my email as my interview letter. I don't think you get Packet 4 in the mail. I received a copy of my I-129F form and Immigrant Rights letter in the mail dated the same time I received Packet 4 by email. You should be just fine with printing the email you received for Packet 4. It says Packet 4 at the very bottom of the email.

I received the letter with my packet 3 letter along with the copy of my approved petition and the pamphlet named : "Rights and Protection for Foreign-Citizen Fiancé(e)s".

I also received an email including all the informations, which courrier, how I paid the fees, how much I paid, my passport number, etc., the day after I scheduled my interview.

But they keep mentionning the appointment letter, and that's the thing stressing me.

I answered all of my questions after I went through everything, the appointement letter was in a different email. Sorry all and thanks for the help!
