Hahaha...omg you know what? I was going to ask about sending more proof of bona-fide relationship. Do you suggest more chatlogs? I've sent tons of pics. Phone records, Facebook posts etc.

Have you had a visit between when you petitioned and now. If so plz incluude that with visa stamps, pics of visit. That is your #1 evidence you can use. Nigeria loves pics and phone logs so you will need that also for interview.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

I am so loving you and Darnell. No I haven't been back since August BUT I am waiting on his interview date and will fly over. But we're confused about that. We want to see each other NOW but are thinking we should hold out. What do you think? Also, I was telling hubby the same thing, pictures speak volumes, so I'll add more pics that I didn't include in the package to uscis. We have a billion phone logs, we both looooove to talk on the phone lol. Are there more fees after the AOS and IV?

Yes a $165 immigrant fee that needs to be paid between recieving the visa and the 1st year of residence in the USA so he can get the hard copy green card. Instructions for this come with the visa after interview if approved.

shoot you now? I had hoped it done earlier, in your other thread.

I tried, I did !

<<thems were metaphors for doses of reality, no real guns involved>>

reminder - any bonafide marriage evidence can be submitted into NVC with the civil doc packet. - this is called side-loading - and is recommended if you were sparse on I-130 submittal - interview day handover is too late for your evidence.

I want to clarify this "side loading" thing. Does it matter what form you are filing for? I filed for the I-130 and 129F, and after I so carefully completed and sent my packet in ( both have been accepted for processing at this time), I found this forum and noticed that people sent in ALOT more things for evidence of marriage and relationship then I did. I was wondering if I could just send more evidence before they even asked for it. I did not think to send plane tickets or social media posts or anything like that. I send pictures from our whole relationship and wedding that included both of our families. Can I send more or should I wait?

The k3 will get closed. Follow the NVC wiki (search vj) and you will be fine. I personally think sending proof to the NVC useless. Bring all your proof to the interview. And you really only need to send 10-12 copies of photos along with your petitions. Don't worry. Bring a small photo album to the interview if you think you need to show more. I brought travel itineraries to my husband's interview but they didn't care to see any of what I brought. They asked for more photos but never looked at them.
