Yeah, I should have added: every petition goes into AP. Most are then sent to the embassy w/in a couple days. The thread I linked above is for those that went long beyond that normal time period.

Hi , no worries !

we called the NVC yesterday, and it was our first time . i would suggest if you wait more than 2 weeks from the date of your approval ; because it is really fraustrating to call them , they will make you wait for a very llong time , so there is no need to call them now and waste your time .

Give them another week or two and hopefully you will hear good news :)

wish you good luck

Our petition was approved January 23, 2015. It was sent to the NVC on February 2, 2015. The NVC received it February 11, per our Case # that was assigned I discovered that the NVC assigned our case number on February 23, 2015. It was sent to the Embassy on March 20, and received at the Embassy on March 24, 2015. You may find that the time at NVC really gets on your nerves, but your case can remain at the NVC for up to 4 weeks, no matter how many times you call this time does not change. Good Luck to all remain positive and keep up good spirits. It is so worth the journey.

It's actually pretty quick for Morocco. For us, NOA2 was received 1/30, our case was forwarded from NVC 2/19, and Morocco received it no more than a week later. NVC told us when it was sent, and we confirmed with US consulate in Casa to make sure that it was received. Good luck!
