My I130 online status show "On December **, 2014, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number MSC159*********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by January 7, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." for almost four months by now,

is it normal? should I make a info pass appointment?

My I485 show "On December **, 2014, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC159*******. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." since December too...

Any one has similar situations?

definitely not approved, I got my fingerprint token on Jan 20th, EAD card in Feb 2015, but has no update on I130 and I485 since December. The online status didn't change to 'ready for schedule for an interview' as other cases.

Now I'm wondering why it takes more than 3 months to update the I130 and I485 status.

I typed out a response about Biometrics, but I just now saw you already answered that you've done that, and gotten your EAD. If I were you, I would call USCIS and try to speak to a Tier 2 person to see if they can tell you if you've missed some other notice, like an RFE. It seems very strange that your I-485 Status hasn't updated to Ready to Schedule For Interview, which usually gets changed within a few days after the Biometrics appointment. So I'm wondering if you missed a letter or request?

Thanks for your reply a1000elephants, I did the Biometrics on Jan 20 2015, and received EAD/AP in Feb 2015. But the I130 and I485 online status weren't changed since Dec 2014.

I 485 status will changes into 'ready to schedule an interview' not long after biometrics, but mine hasn't change since Jan 20th(biometrics date).

Can I do info pass at this point?
