Go home come back the legal way. You are asking on a forum for people waiting for their love ones to be here doing it the Legal way, some have been waiting a long time and you are here already illegal and wanting to know how to keep staying here illegal. There is something wrong with the immigration laws here

I came here legally.. Stayed away from my family for the past 7 years..my kids will have a better future here.. I am willing to do anything to get them here legally.. For some emergency reason I had to overstay.. I waited for 5 years to get visitor visa.. Paid for my trips.. Didn't come to usa by ship.. my kids and wife are living in a small village which is like hell.. Thought they ll come live with me in this heaven.

But you are not here legally anymore. You have overstayed. I don't believe you have any options, especially not to bring your wife and children here as you have no status under which to make a petition.

While you may have entered legally, you have now been staying here illegally for 7 years.

Sorry that you have been separated from your family for 7 years, but that was your choice when you decided not to go home.

Staying here illegally is never going to get your kids here legally.

So this emergency has lasted for 7 years and that is why you continue to overstay?

Waiting 5 years and paying for your trips entitles you to visit, not live here.

This is a bad situation of your making. There is no way for you to be legal. Your choice to keep living this way or to go home.

and why did you not petition for them when you was legal they might of been here by now

Because he was here on a B visa.

Sorry, there are no options for you to stay right now. Your only path is to go home, hope you haven't incurred a ban (which I'm afraid you probably have) and then try to come back with your family the legal way.

In that case, the options are an investor visa (requires $$$), so you come here to open a business, or you can try to get a job with a company that can sponsor you for an H1-B (requires specialized skills). Another option, though also not great, is to apply for a university program. Get in and they help you get an F-1 visa, and your family can also come and stay with you (but they cannot work, you can only work on campus with limitations). So, that also requires LOTS of $$$.

None of the options for you to come back legally will allow your wife to work for a number of years, and all of them require quite a heavy load of $$$. Sorry for all the parentheses, but there are a lot of limitations and caveats I thought of while typing.

My thoughts were that he was here illegal and was trying to stay here illegal and get his family over now

My original thought that I stand by in post 9 was that he is here illegal he should go home and come back the legal way
