I'm thrilled to see a response in this matter, as that letter was very well thought out and comprehensive. It's a shame he did not respond to you himself, after all, it is him that most likely put pressure on to move their butts. I wish though that they had come up with a better plan of action for 'workload balancing'. It won't help any of us still waiting, which is the sad irony of the situation.

Great work guys. Somewhere I imagine some sour faced dudes in suits maybe got an earful and had to scramble really quick.

That it is!!! I'm gonna be very interested to see who is transferred and how it works out for them.......

they transferred my case to csc is it bad :cry: ?
