Same problem for me. Is it a general problem or is it only affecting a few cases? Curious to know why?

Haven't had any issues since we got our NOA1 until this morning.

Really hope it is just to update all our cases to approved. Here is to wishful thinking! :pop:

applied for N400 whilst I751 was pending, however I751 was approved without an interview on Jan 10th /11th

I am just hoping the "down time" is due to them approving it.

But I am sure Sabrina&Chuck and ourselves will have close NOA2's as you got your NOA1 a few days before we did. and according to this site, I have seen some people with NOA1's of March 24th being approved.

Hope the USCIS site comes back soon, but till then. we wait.

Ack, I haven't been able to see anything since the date changed from 3/26 - the NOA1 to 4/1 - no idea what that reflected, maybe its arrival at CSC? So I thought, ok, just for kicks, I'll call and I got the standard, status for this case number cannot be found in this automated system at this time...please make sure the number is correct, etc. So, is this the same message people are getting when they call?

It really isn't out of the normal time frame - as that is 5 months. You can try calling but do not be disappointed if they do nothing as you are still within processing times. Occasionally, CSC takes long too. I know one CSC filer from last September who is still waiting for NOA-2 after RFE, for example.

but over the visa journey timeline approval time and the side says one should call them if one hasn't receive anything after this average time...still doesn't explain why the heck i can't get access to this damn number /case

Seems like this could maybe be down to when the cases are being looked at? We filed on 2nd April & had NOA1 on 9th April, hard copy NOA1 15th April.

Case checker was working ok up until yesterday saying case received, today the error message has appeared.

Well, it's strange. Because since I got that message it doesn't go away. It's here for 18 days in my case. Was able to check for first 3 days when I got noa1, and no luck so far
