My spouse is not a high school graduate yet, will it cause problems doing my interview time?

Huh High school graduation has nothing to

do with anything unless the person is being

petition for a job requiring degrees...does not

most likely the age is limit is 18, as that is legal age in the USA

High school graduation is not a requirement, so no worries there. There oddly enough is not any actual age requirement either, but the forms do require original signatures that mandate the individual be 18 as no one can sign for them.

So effectively 18.

They both could be under age have you thought of that. kind of jumping the gun on the OP. Are you a shoot first ask question later person. they can not get a visa, but there is nothing wrong if they are both underage.Also the op mention high school not age Unreal

I believe the consulate would have its doubts as well, especially considering the country. Acting like everything is roses and sunshine based on what the OP said is ridiculous. I wasn't born yesterday.

The op was not asking about age the question was about high school

Yes they will need parental consent, if they are under 18. Assuming that one is underage while the other one is above 18 is not good either. I stated that If they are both under 18 then there is a not a problem with the relationship, they may not be able to get a visa. However your answer you assume that one was over 18 while the other was not
