OMG guys… I just got a checklist for all of my IV documents. What the hell???? aaahhhhhhh

Oh and my AOS documents too. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENING??? This is the SECOND checklist email for all of our stuff in 2 weeks, yet when I called they said they got our email on Feb 12th.

I don't get it.

When did you complete your DS260? I think the false checklist is generated when its around 30 days after completion and the documents are still in queue.

Just got an email with a new scan date of 2/18. I'm so incredibly angry. At myself, NVC, everyone/everything. SEVERAL different reps told us this WOULD NOT happen, that it would get put with our case. I knew better from reading on here, but of course it gave me a little bit of hope.

I guess I have to call them later but I'm just really sad.

Sorry to hear that :(

Not sure if it would help you out or not, but on the bright side it's only a difference of a few weeks, and not a checklist at the end of a 60+ day wait..... ((hugs)) Your CC will be here before you know it!!

Just got off the phone and the woman said I have two separate scan dates, 1/26 and 2/18. It's up the person reviewing the documents to decide if they want to combine them or not. Told me to call back at the end of the month to see if they've been combined. I assume because on 3/27 I'll have hit my 60 days for the first scan date.

She told me that my 1/26 documents were downloaded on 2/25, and that my 2/18 documents were downloaded on 3/23. Which makes sense that the download would activate the scan date email, since I received both of those shortly after my emails were downloaded.

Anyway, just thought you guys might like to know the "downloading" stuff.

And Not a Tailor, I have no idea what you want to do with my dates. Seeing as how I have 2 separate scan dates, I don't know what's going to happen. You could put them both on the spreadsheet I guess.

I completed the DS-260 on Feb 11, so itd be a bit more than 30 days. Sigh. This whole process is still a mystery.

omg, I just woke up to read this....so freaking scary....its rather amazing that their system is still generating false checklists...can't they fix that bug? on another note, i'm super happy it isn't and all is good.

70 days and counting nothing yet!!! Good luck to all of ya.. Wondering if I should call or not cause literally last I was going to off on the representative.

i'd be calling!!!

i'm not understanding why you have 2 scan dates when you sent all your stuff in on the same day. is this normal procedure? i'm sad for you too. seems like the rules/procedures are always changing. what gives? grrrrrrr

Thank you for always being so supportive. (L):crying:

I know it's not the end of the world, but 3 extra weeks (most likely 3-5) feels pretty terrible.

If it helps - I will be crying with you!! If they did that to you then they will also count my March 9th fiasco as a new scan date which puts my anticipated CC in May instead of April. BUT I refuse to give up hope and we should call and bother them and keep on asking!!!! Squeaky wheels and all!!!! I will be writing a very lomg letter to the media once this is over. Im so over this ridiculous treatment.
