CSC doesn't always get the fast route. We waited over 3 months for our RFE, and then NOA2 came after. I am happy for OP, and thanks for serving!

Not exactly true. My fiance is from Philippines and we filed in December and at TSC and haven't been approved as of March 21, 2015. Although a lot of Filipinos do get approved faster.

Took us almost 6 months at TSC before we got an RFE. 201 days total NOA1 to NOA2. It was agonizing for sure.

I know that USCIS had priority service for people that submitted a hardship letter regarding Typhoon Yolanda. From the looks of it though, it would seem CSC fast-tracked all Philippine K-1(s), whereas TSC only those with the hardship letter. CSC has certainly been faster.

It would seem military folk also get priority processing.

Amazing luck getting all three fast-pass cards ... CSC, Philippines, and military.

Congrats!

If you filtered it to just Texas and Philippines and look at the past 15 months you can see for there was a fast track for Philippines, typically 30-45 days sometimes about 2 months assuming no RFEs. However if you sort by NOA 1 dates you can see that basically at the turn of the year the Philippines fast track seems to have stopped, save for me because of an expedite. There's no way to filter for military but it seems as most those are expedited due to military obligations and only by request, not just because they're military. As far as CSC nobody can dispute, that with few exceptions they are all just fast no matter the category.

* but this thread seems to be getting off topic and turning into a discussion about processing times differences.

Actually, there are plenty of Filipinos that STILL go through TSC in less than 2 months. There are 3 cases among the recent 15 approvals on Igors List alone!

I'm one of those and was an expedite. Are you sure the other two weren't expedite or were truly TSC? Don't use igor's use this....you will see exactly what I'm talking about, since mid Jan it's basically stopped.

Look for the past 15 months or so back days between NOA 1 and NOA 2.......and then look at the NOA 1s starting basically at the new year....

First of all, thank you for serving our country!

The expedite with Filipinos may be coming to an end, but you certainly deserve yours, as you are on active duty.

In my opinion, nothing like a "good Filipino wife" as I would not trade mine for nothing.,.,I sure got a very good wife!

Contratz, and a speedy trip home.

Raven52 thank u soooo much! Well I didn't realize this post would turn into a post on if expedite is still in effect. But what I did learn is that due to the TSC delay, it gives a lot of people time to develope excuses to why other people's packet are being processed faster than others. I know the delay has to suck and is frustrating, but those who get negative, none of us have control of who long this K1 Visa process takes, so let's be happy for one another. Keith
