10 days for us but NVC has been backlogged with the worst snowstorms ever this winter and has created delays. Start calling after 10 business days.

Welcome to the forum.

:guides: easily accessible at the top of the forum page. In particular, the K1 Flowchart: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

The VJ flowchart says to contact NVC two weeks after NOA2 to see if they have it. That being said, it took about a week for NVC to receive my CSC-approved I-129F petition for a alien fiancee(e) (you mention a I-129 filer, a I-129 is a petition for a nonimmigrant worker). You will likely get times all over the board, since CSC likely sends the approved petitions in batches to the NVC as they are processed.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
