Is it ok to file without having done my 2014 taxes yet.

Other than the forms that are required what other documents are needed is there a checklist somewhere.

Heres a good page to consult on what you'll need:

I may be wrong, but I've read if you send everything in before April 15th, the 2014 are not necessary as 2013 would be the most recent. I would double check to make sure thats right though.

It might be a good idea to get your 2014 taxes done since they are due in less than a month. They are not required until after April 15, however USCIS may ask to see them anyways..and may send you an RFE if you do not include it.

You can follow this AOS from K-1 guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Yep. I was going to ask: "why haven't you filed your taxes?" I imagine an immigration official would have the same question/thought.
