What day did TSC say it sent your petition to NVC? Most TSC applicants get notified when that happens. Regardless, it can't hurt to call them now. Just be prepared to be on hold for awhile once you get through.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

I just did this. I was on hold for 30 minutes (luckily, I was using my Google Hangouts to call NVC, so no charge). I didn't even to the representative for more than 2 minutes. I will call again in two weeks because they told me that it might take 42 days before our application shows up in their system. We got our NOA 2 on March 11.

It doesn't take 30 or 35 days to get your case number...

  • I was notified on 3/02/2015 that my case was sent to NVC
  • Case arrived at NVC on 3/10/2015
  • Called yesterday 3/16/2015 and was able to get my Case#

I'm not an isolated case, I see others get them within the same time frame..

I read somewhere on a different post that the best time to call is after 7:00PM, therefore I called around 7:00PM EST and was never on hold, I did get a message the first time I called that stated "due to large volume.....call back later", but I immediately hung up, hit redial, and got right through...I was talking to an agent/operator in less than a minute and received my case #......I needed to call back to get more information that I should of asked for the first time, so around 8:00PM I called, the same thing happened, got message "due to large volume....call back later", hit redial, got through, but this time was on hold for 20 minutes.

He preach the truth

NOA 2 =3/02

USCIS to NVC=3/09

calledNVC for case # 3/18

on average 14-18 days after NOA2, you should get your #. dont believe their 35+ days BS

dont forget to ask for case #, invoice # n beneficiary #

i do not know what the beneficiary and invoice #s are use for yet, but the agent gave me all 3

We got out NOA2 on march 10th and I called today. I wasn't even on hold for 10 minutes, but they told me for new approvals it can take 35 days to get information for the next steps.

Try march 26th

Our case changed into approved on march 13th , until now , no NOA2 , the status has not changed yet :/

did your status change ? how long did it take from the approval notice into the being sent to NVC ?

Hi. Sorry for not replying to your message sooner. From the approval date, it took 10 days before the case was sent to NVC. Your's should be sent in the next few days I expect. Hang in there
