Which Embassy to put on I-129F

My fiance who is Filipino working in Dubai on a resident visa card. I am filing for a K1 Visa Petition but I am confused as to which Embassy i need to put on the application for which will be the Embassy for the final stages with the interview etc. I know there is an Embassy in Abu Dhabi as well as in Dubai. She resides in Dubai actually pretty close to the Embassy there. But i am see all these timelines and all of them are for the Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Can someone please let me know which embassy i need to put on this application so I don't mess anything up and cause any delays in this process.

The Dubai embassy does not do immigrant visas...only non-immigrant visas. The Abu Dhabi Embassy handles all the immigrant visas for the UAE and Iran.

Put Abu Dhabi Embassy,i used to live and work also in Dubai,and i came here thru k1 visa last nov 2014..she will be fine. Edited March 14, 2015 by hardrockangel

Thank you so much. How long was your process? I know in the Philippines it's pretty quick. I have a few friends where it only took 3 months. I am not familiar with Dubai and how long it takes for them to schedule the interview once they receive the paperwork?

My files is transferred from manila to abu dhabi,so for me it tooks little bit longer because of transferring,but once your petition is done in nvc usually abu dhabi will give the sched for interview and usually they give 2 months allowance before the interview,yes in ph is a bit faster scheduling the interview,but theres a lot of things to be done there,like CfO and also theres no exact time frame before you actually receive the visa,while in abu dhabi is straight to the point,after the interview and you're approved they will give you date andtime when you will get the visa,usually after 5 days..but its up to you where you want to process your paper..goodluck Edited March 14, 2015 by hardrockangel

If you put philippines they will forward the case file in PH,then its for both of you to decide if she is willing to give up her work in Dubai and process her papers in ph..its your decision

We already talked about it and we want the whole process to be in Dubai. The only thing she needs from PH is her police clearance, and proof of no legal marriage I believe.

I hope it just gets sent to Dubai and we just cut out the Philippines because she doesn't want to have to leave Dubai to go to the PH to do all this paperwork. She wants it all to be done in Dubai.

On the second page of i-29f form put her current address in Dubai,thats her mailing address..she needs NBI from PH and Cenomar doesnt require in abu dhabi..i have mine and they dont need it,so to save money better not to have that,because 2 filipina before me and 3 filipina behind me,we dont need cenomar.

Dont forget to put her address in dubai on the second page of i-29f form,put her address in ph in address abroad
