Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you can help me, We submitted the AOS and IV package last week and they arrived safely at the NVC last Monday,

I was reviewing again what we sent and i found that we missed filling out Item 12 on Part 4 (The Military Service question) should be "Yes No" answer, in our case no, but we left it blank.

So my question is, to avoid being check-listed on this item should we submit again the form with a cover sheet explaining why we are resubmitting it? or what do you guys think we should do? i just want to avoid being check-listed and then again wait for 60 days for the review.

im not sure if you should sent it again, the only thing I would suggest is calling NVC and see what they say

either way you're going to have to send it in complete and correct so I would go ahead and do that and have it overnighted to them. I would also call the NVC but right now instead of being on hold for 45 minutes they just come out and tell you there are too many people calling and so you'll have to call back later so I would call first thing in the morning I believe it 7 or 8 a.m. when they first Open and usually you can get right through.
