Hi everyone

I am about to send my Form I-130 and I-485

With form I-130 we need to send evidence to proof the bonafida relationship.

According to the guide we only have a JOINT BANK ACCOUNT.

Do you guys think that i should also send for example:

- Photos from wedding, trips and family pictures

- E-Mails

- Phone Bills

- Receipts for gifts

- Hotel and Airline receipts

- Evidence that my husband add me to his health insurance

Or is joint bank account enough and the rest i can take with me for the interview?

How did you all did it?

I'm of the Mrs Presson school of thought: just send too much to avoid RFEs. Specifically from your list, I would include a collection of photos printed out (and label them with date, place and who's in them, like '2015-03-04, Celebrating Purim at Schmoopie's parents' house with Schmoopie's family'. Hotel and airline receipts and evidence of adding you to his health insurance are all great, as are the phone bills (presuming that they show that you're joint account holders, which I what I think that you mean). I would personally leave out the emails and gift receipts, the latter because they could be gifts for anyone and the former because I don't think that your private conversations need to be USCIS's file.

Did you get any cards from your wedding from family/friends/coworkers? What about other mail addressed to both of you? I don't think we sent in any wedding cards, but we did send in save-the-date and invitations to friend's wedding addressed to both of us and a thank-you note from my nephew addressed to both of us.

Do you have a joint credit card? Does your husband have an IRA or any other accounts he could add you onto?

Now i put to my package:

- A short summary of our story

- Joint Bank Account

- Authorized Credit Card User

- Health Insurance from. (That my husband add me on his plan)

- Pictures with label; (Vacations, family, wedding, honeymoon etc.)

- Flight tickets

I think those are enough and i got really tired in this process. Need a second honeymoon :))
