Newbie questions! Concurrent filing I130, I485, I765

Hi! I am starting the process (that we've been procrastinating since November...). It is fairly overwhelming but I am very grateful for this website and forum. I am really sorry if these questions have been answered - did my best to read forums but it is unclear!

1. For the I-130 what type of copies of birth certificate are needed? Can I simply photocopy front and back each of ours and include it? My husband's BC is Australian and not on standard paper size, I am hoping a proper copy shop can handle this!

2. Since the i130 and i485 both require BC and Marriage cert, do I need double copies? If so, do I need to get an additonal certified marriage license?

Thank you in advance! :luv:

1. Birth certificate of USC is to establish US citizen, you can send copy of passport's biographic page instead. Any photocopier can fit your husband birth certificate in to a letter size paper.

2. You only need to send photocopied copy so no need to order additional license.

Good luck.

Yes, put a copy in each packet. But there is no need for certified copies of anything.

I think so. At least I did. It won't hurt to include another copy anyway
