No need to be worried, MAy or June, it is almost same thing, some have many more months to wait, we can only be patient. September is not too far from August, my priority date is remaining 8 weeks to be current, I do not think it is too much, with January 2014 fliers getting AOS invoiced their priority dates are close as well. Relax a little bit. We are almost there. A French adage goes like this Petit à petit, loiseau fait son nid ( LITTLE BY LITTLE THE BIRD MAKES ITS NEST) . Cheers.

Thanks for your kind words Dordor,

I currently present in US as F-1 visa and I am on OPT and working for a US company, my visa will be expired on June 7th 2015,. If I send my AoS I-485 later than May I have to stop working and lose my job because I-751 EAD working permit will take 90 days in processing. My company only allow me take 30 days off for my vacations.

I hope I can send my application in May 2015 as soon as possible, I cant wait till June.

I have been working for this company over 2 years already, and I dont want to lose my job due to stuck immigration system.

Thanks for reading my case.

Really hoping that it will reach early September next month. Loved the 6 week jump again. If it should jump against, we will be up next.

I'm the petitioner and filed for my husband and the priority date is September 8 2013. Paid all my fees and all documents were submitted too. I think the case was completed in May 2014. You know what's so weird, we didn't receive actual confirmation it was completed by email. We had to call and they told us.

So, hopefully he will get through really soon.

What should I prepare for now, since it might soon called for interview? New AOS? New police report? I don't know what to do.

It's nothing you should rely on. They just predict based on the current movements. Same thing as we do here. We can also see that is possible since its been moving 5-6 weeks for the last two months. They don't know anything more than we do !! I hope this helps.

Hi all,

PD is 9TH September 2013 and fingers crossed still! Funny thing is I'm not sure whether this last movement is by 5 weeks or 6 weeks..lol. Anyways I know the next VB (May) would come with another NVC prediction for the next 3 months. So this means the 5-6 weeks movement may change to something more faster (or sadly, lesser).

However I do hope that the next movement will be in the favor of all of us. So guys, as usual, let's keep the hope up and tidy our minds towards a wonderful interview experience which is definitely around the corner.

Cheers!

I usually do not believe these websites, they go with the current thrend, the only reliable information is when our members here on visa journey, inform of interview scheduling. I think we are getting to the finish line.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/536896-scan-dates-case-completes-cc/page-17#entry7518254 I think without checklist we should be looking at early MAY for a CC. You can follow the thread above to see the current trend in case completion. It's spring, am hoping the weather change would affect NVC positively. Hoping for the very best.
