A little update, I couldn't wait so I called Friday last week twice but could not get my ds261 reviewed. Both person stated that they do not have the capability to review the form and that I should wait 42 days ...

It is not about whether they are mean or not....the lady that finally reviewed my form said that she had been there a long time and knew how to review 261's that were "stuck" in the system, but the newer employees did not know. She said she had been seeing a lot of 261's that were "stuck". It literally took her less than a minute to review it..this evening my IV fee opened (approximately 36 hours after my 261 was reviewed). This lady has an older voice...so keep calling and hope for this lady! Good luck.

To Moustafa/Crystal ....can you tell us what steps this lady took so we can pass that on to a newer employee. Thank you.

Called last night and was informed that my case was not entered into the system and that she can not do anything about it. Got the impression that I called too early and that I should wait until my DS261 is added to the system? I will try again next week and see what happen...

So excited, got my DS-261 reviewed this morning. It looks like it takes about 11 days for your DS-261 to be entered into the NVC system. And once it is in the new system, the rep can review it..

Hi everyone. Same problem here. i paid the AOS fee and I completed the ds-261 form 31 days ago but until now the iv fee stil unavailable to pay . What should i do my friends .
