Service Request/ Case History on USCIS website

Recommended Posts

I called USCIS last Friday 3/6 to ask about my one year extension and trying to get an I-551 stamp in my passport. I asked to speak to tier 2 but instead she submitted a service request for me. Has anyone seen this or have an idea what I should expect? I'm planning to visit my local office on Friday and try to get the stamp so I can continue working while waiting for a decision :/

Thank you!

I'm not clear on what your question is. If you want to get a stamp in your passport you'll need to make in INFOPASS appointment. Is that what she was telling you to do? Why would the resend your card? I'm confused about your question.
