I was reading this thread and I have a question , do they really take 60 days to review your aos and iv pack after you send them i send mine on march 5th

Yea they are on jan 5 or 9th i believe . So hopefully not but so far its a yes they take a full 60 days

_{Another question: I have not submitted the IV supporting document package as of today. I plan to mail it this week. The AOS packet was submitted on Feb 12 2015 and all fees are paid ( AOS and IV), the DS 260 was completed on Feb 12, 2015.}

The 60 days will start when they have both packets. That is why the NVC ask that both packets be sent together.

We have been sitting at NVC since October 28, 2014 with no end in sight......That is almost 5 months at NVC.

When I called NVC I WAS told to submit the AOS asap. The invoice to pay for the AOS fee was first then there was a delay between paying to two fees. I specifically asked if I should wait to submit both packages together and I was told NO.

That is correct you do not have to wait to submit both package However the person on the phone at nvc should of told You that you can send the iv packet in with the aos packet.After the aos is paid but before the iv fee is paid

Hi did you able to access DS260 already? and what is the status of your IV was it showing paid already? because mine the status still in process...

mine Iv fee is still in process too, but it has only been a couple of days for me. I paid it on the 9th of March. Once the IV fee shows paid is when the DS260 will be available
