Unmarried On Maritial Status..... Why?

we did court marriage on Jan 2013 and started process. my pd is 16th may, 2013 and on Sept, 2013 we again did marriage according to Nepali Culture.

One question hits on my mind, why would uscis and Nvc accepts the case if someone writes single....???

and another if she have single status on her tax papers then will it be problem on Interview?

Because they really don't care that much as long as you have marriage certificatee. Its embassy that verifies whether your marriage is bona fide and that's where you may have problems. Edited by kzielu

for verification we have lots of proof.... bt main problem is of her single status in tax papers....

No issues there.

My husband filed single too on his taxes. It wasn't a problem at the interview.

When I arrived here in the US and we filed taxes, we made amendments to make it married filing jointly.

oh my god i was waiting u sister. thanks... some hopes increased.. let me ask my wife what other mistake she have done on forms.....
