OP I am afraid this is all going to be on you.

Get a lawyer, tomorrow! File a restraining order against him.

He can not come with about 200 feet of you, maybe more, not sure. Unless he is crazy, he is not going to want to be in jail.

Seriously, you are going to have to "man up" and protect yourself and your parents, now!

Get an attorney, have him file a restraining order against this man, protect yourself and your family, please!

Thank you for your replies. I am at my parents' now. The reason why I am pushing for his deportation is because he WOULD harm me more and not care about it. He literally has nothing to lose. Someone mentioned ICE..would you be kind enough to elaborate?

I have not reached out to a divorce lawyer. That scares me because time wise wouldnt it take a long time? I fear for my safety.

If I could divorce and "move on", I would have done so today. But I know how psychotic he is. He will not let me live.

I am a family law attorney, though not licensed in your state. You MUST seek immediate legal representation . An experienced family law attorney can take steps to secure your safety, and should be fully aware of the resources in your area needed to accomplish that. Do not delay. Good luck.

03/20/15 - Notice Of Potential Interview Waiver Received - 6 Month Delay

09/21/15 - NPIW Expired

10/16/15 - Service Request 1 submitted - Local office past my case

10/17/15 - Service Request Response - Currently being adjudicated, No timeline. Please wait

10/19/15 - Contacted Local Congressman. Request Submitted

11/19/15 - Response from congressman. Currently being adjudicated. Please wait. No Timeline

11/27/15 - Letter from Local Field office requesting missing I-693.

04/28/19 - So far lots of USCIS "nothing has changed" bi weekly status update e-mails.

05/07/19 - Received notification that my N400 interview had been scheduled.

05/08/19 - N400 Interview letter was available to view online.

05/13/19 - Received physical copy of N400 interview letter in mail.

06/14/19 - N400 Interview Passed. Recommended for citizenship.

06/22/19 - N400 Approved

07/24/19 - Oath ceremony scheduled

OP, as others have stated, you need to retain a lawyer for divorce proceedings and to get help with restraining orders, etc. etc.

As for the immigration aspect, deal with that once you have the other things sorted out. Dealing with that does not involve calling ICE, it involves making an INFOPASS appointmet at nearby USCIS office and asking to speak with the FDNS (Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate) Officer. You will have no control as to what, if anything, will be done as a result of you meeting with them nor are you likely to know any results.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Get a restraining order and file a divorce quick by going to your county court house! You can do this on your own if financially tight. Divorce will continue even if the other side doesnt sign. He has to fight in court to delay it!

Be safe and good luck!

The sooner the better.. Before the 2 yrs conditional permit is over!
