And sorry for my late reply..I'm already here in USA..I arrived here last March 8..And when they got my yellow envelop in Seattle where my POE was, they stamped my passport next page to where my visa page is,in the stamped its says "admitted march8 2015" but they didnt put or write something when is the expiration. Just like my friends, their POE was in Portland, Chicago and LA, and the immigration stamped in their passport the admitted date and the expiration, but mine in Seattle they didnt put when is the expiration date only admiited. In every cities do they have different policies just like stamping admitted and expiration in your passport, and other cities only stamp admitted like in Seattle?..Thanks...

The I-94 is the governing document for your legal status now, so don't worry about there not being an expiration date in your passport. Go to the CBP website there you need to download and print a copy of your I-94, details in the link below.

Your just printing off the I-94 that has already been created by you going through your POE. You do nothing except print it. That's all.

Okay thank you for the big help, I just done and I fill it up and print it out, and it says "admit until date:june 5,2015". So that means I have to get married before June 5 will come ,? And my visa will expire on April 9th, so it still fine If I decided to get marry on the month of May, and not just after june 5, right? Thanks.

Once you landed in the USA your visa was done. No more.

The I-94 allows you to stay untill you're married which MUST happen before the I-94 expires (June 5, 2015).

You can't marry after June 5th, because at that time you are out of compliance with the original intent of the visa, and that was the basis for your K1 visa, that you would marry within 90 days of landing on US soil.

You can marry in May.

Yes you must be married before June 5th.

Your visa was invalidated the second your cleared POE.

Okay thank you so much guys for the help.. I felt relieved now.. And then one more thing, is I-94 also have an expiration, and that would be June 5, 2015,right? Because I-94 is the 90 days limit of staying here.

That time I printed the I-94 , in the right top they put OMB No. and the then below that, is Expiration Date and that would be May 31,2015..And now Im confused whats that expiration of May 31st for? And second, should I have to file the AOS, before the I-94 expires? Or can I file that any time I want to?

Thank you...

I believe any expiration date on a Gov't form next to an OMB number is the date you/the gov't can use that form until a newer version becomes available.

If you check all the paperwork you've filled out (I-129, I-134, etc) all these Federal forms may have similar expiration dates.
