Hello everyone. Okay so my case(K1) was Sent from NVC to Islamabad embassy on 12th of December 2014 and on 18th of December it got updated on the DOS website saying it was ready. Since then I haven't received any packet neither through mail, call or email. Nothing. My fiance in US got to know that the packet was sent on 18th December when the case got updated but none of us got anything. I've emailed them 8 or 9 times within past 14 days but no reply as of yet. Please help me as of what to do, we are really confused.

You may need to plan a trip down there if they aren't responding. Aren't they moving offices right now? If it was sent to the embassy in December, then you should have been contacted at least by December. If they have been trying to contact you, they may have procedures for returning the petition to USCIS, who will expire the petition.

I would suggest your US fiance call the embassy during work hours (in case they respond to US citizens quicker) and/or call the NVC to get an update. This is a really long time you guys have been waiting!!!!
