@rizalle our ceac says the same as yours.we've been in ap for almost 3 months.case being returned to USCIS.Friday nvc said it was sent there march 23 I called USCIS this morning and no they don't have it.why does nvc do this.lie!

221g since September 5,2014 finally faxed senator today! 2 years of marriage and numerous trips to Ghana and still waiting! Is ridiculous ?

I emailed the american immagration lawyers association AILA.this is who nvc has monthly meetings with.aila says 10 days to process consular returns.there reply to me that their understandings 10 days is true.I told them they may want to look into that lol our senator got us the reason it was returned but then said I needed to be patient

I AGREE, I contacted my Senator's Office last week to inquire about our case too.2 Years of Marriage, 3 trips since the Marriage,4 before also a Denied K-1 . I also was there with her for the Interview and we are still in A.P. for over 1 Year with only up-dates here and there but no Decision!

I was given a white form to bring to NSO for CENOMAR reverification. I had it done same day after my interview last 7/27/15. Yesterday my case creation date changed from 7/27 to 7/31. I actually sent them Email to ask if they got the CENOMAR from NSO. Do have experience like these?how long did u wait? Tia

USCIS fi ally received our cr1 file June 10.I requested my marriage lisence back to I can do a name change on my passport so I can go be with my husband til this nightmare is over, I received an email from CSC saying proseccing on hold til security check is finished.could we be closer to the end?
