Hi everyone, not sure where all to post here so I hope its in the right place. Just wanted to drop in and say hi...my fiance and I filed Oct 2, and as if Oct 6 got a case number and cashed cheque, from TSC ...we have not heard another peep since. Very stressful not sure what is going on! Anyone else in the same boat?

Met online in jan 2013 became exclusive Feb1

Met in person Sept/ Engaged in Oct 2013 never wanted to leave each other.

Returned to visit July 31 2014 till Oct 2014

started our K1 VISA process...October 2014

K1 noa1 Oct 6 Texas.....now the wait begins...to start our journey together.

Am I reading that correctly that they are still doing/processing March 2014? If so thats a scary long wait we are in for.

The last 15 approved petitions came from July and August, so that is when they are processing.

Oh I see now, inhad just scrolled through all the ones that were pending. That better hopefully. I dont mind the wait, its just the uncertainty and the not knowing for planning. I guess its a waiting game for most.

Hi there!

I received my NOA1 on Sept 19th and have yet to hear anything either. The processing center is currently working on July/Aug. We are working with an immigration lawyer and when we followed up with her at the beginning of February, she said that she had just received an NOA2 from a couple that filed approx. two months prior to us (July). So she estimated that we'd get our NOA2 early April. If you filed in October, you could likely expect to receive your NOA2 in May.

It certainly isn't easy, but at least we're inching our way closer to that point and we're more than halfway through the longest and toughest part. Silver linings, right?

We went ahead and chose a wedding date/started planning for October 23, 2015 so as long as I can move by then, we're dandy. Haha. But hopefully it's way before then, in which case we will just get legally married beforehand and have the wedding/vow renewal of sorts in October as originally planned.

This makes me feel alot better, plus it gives me a little better time frame. We are just planning a cour house wedding or JP Wedding....then msybe something down the road. Thanks!

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hi Rachell,

As the beneficiary, I only had to sign the G-325 as well as a Statement of Intent to Marry (not sure if that is just something our lawyer had us do or what).

​I did not have to sign the petition (I-129F).

Your I-129F must be signed from the petitioner. The petitioner's G-325A must be signed by the petitioner. However you also need an additional G-325A from the beneficiary, that is signed by the beneficiary. The same goes from the petitioner and beneficiary's statement of intent to marry. No, your fiance does not sign the I-129F form. Only the petitioner.

9/8/14 - I129F petition sent to the USCIS lockbox via USPS
9/11/14 - Petition received @ USCIS lockbox
9/11/14 - NOA1 Email and text message received
9/15/14 - NOA1 Official notice date
9/18/14 - NOA1 hard copy received
12/9/14 - "Updated" likely because of website repairs, like many of us received
4/20/15 - NOA2 text and email (221 days)

4/29/15 - Sent to the NVC (9 days)

5/8/15 - Arrived at the NVC (9 days)

5/13/15 - Left the NVC (5 days)

5/15/15 - Electronic version arrived at the embassy (2 days)

5/20/15 - Paper copy arrived at the embassy (7 days)

6/4/15 - Status changed to AP (which meant that we could schedule the interview)

Trust Igor's list, it was within 6 days of its projection for NOA 2! My friend was 6 days early on the list and me and my wife were 6 days past!

I trust Igor's list to give you as good a projection, as anything or anyone else.
