I received the email like a week ago and I could pay the fees like a day later. I just sent the documents yesterday.

Vsubish, I really hope we can hear some good news from someone in here that February 2014 onwards received a welcome letter from the NVC. Do you have invoice number? Maybe check at the ceac website if you are allowed to pay the fees.

Daily am checking the ceac site to login....but still no luck...!!!!!

I will definitely update this group if i receive any mails or if i get any update...!!!!!

Just keep updating guys! I really hope they will allow us very soon to go through the NVC process... And we just wait for our PD to be current. Stay positive! ?

After Feb-14, no one have received welcome letter yet.

Hopefully by the end of this month or in mext month we will receive a latter.
