What is being said by the OP, may be spot on true, but, there is a chance "it is her side of the story."

The $380, which I correct myself, it's $385 for the services of CGFNS.

All I said in previous post was:

I NEVER said that's what her license cost to renew. She didn't want to pay the $380 (actual $385) to start the process with CGFNS. I pretty much thought it was obvious what I was talking about so I didn't think I had to clarify what the $380 was for. I'm sorry I didn't find an even more simiplier way of explaining it and I don't see how my wife's friend has anything to do with getting money out of me. Nothing was ever stated about needing or wanting money. I think your getting off topic a little bit. The topic is regarding her friend in Florida, not her or her becoming a nurse. That has been figured out already and in process, thank you!

actually if you already paid 380$ and sent your application at CGFNS..they will just wait papers from the school and from the prc. The CGFNS will wait for those three papers. ..your application form, papers from school and papers from PRC. If your wife need to renew her license that will not make any mess and that will not make a reason to pay again for 380$ once you are paid at CGFNS they will just wait for all the papers. I think they are giving one year to receive all the documents once you paid. Your wife should know that. go to cgfns website.

Definitely on getting the green card, she knew, given the prenup, she wouldn't get his money.

Since she won't leave and go home, it's obvious she's here for only one reason - she even said she'd leave as soon as she got the green card. That's an explicit admission that the relationship is fraudulent on her part.

Too be honest- i kind of stretched the probability a lot. It's more like trying to roll snake eyes on the first try. Not to say no one has rolled a set of snake eyes I'm just saying you shouldn't bet on it. As an Asian American, i witnessed a hand full of cases where love is on one side and on the other is just a dream of coming to America. And I know its blunt to say it but its a common problem in Asia where dignity gets cashed in for a ticket to the land of opportunity.

I agree with you. That there are a lot of people from other countries who just want the green card. That is why I think a couple should get to know each other more then just a couple of months and meet more then once time, before they file for visa. It will not prevent all the fraud, but like any type of gamble, you look for ways to beat the odds

Our job here is to provide accurate information, not repeat popular bigoted memes. It would be much more accurate to be advising people that their odds of a successful marriage are not only much higher, but that their chances of a real Romeo and Juliet experience is higher too.

On the reverse side I know a few married guys who venture to Philippines and tell the girls they are single and have the fun for about 3 weeks and date many.

So the role reverses, and the USC gets what he wants, while the girls give away their dignity..
