USCIS has 120 days to make a final decision! Hopefully you won't have to wait that long! Good luck to you.

Well its been more than 120 days and I've yet to receive anything from immigration..

Hi everyone so this has been a long process 😡 my final interview was 09/17 and now I wait...my stamp expires April so yet again I had to schedule an infopass for another stamp (this would be my 3rd stamp) ...I followed up in January on the interview status and they updated my online status to “received at local office” on March 3 ...thought this was strange so I called in yet again to a tier 2 rep and they sent a notice that said case is pending and there is no exact time line when this will be completed.

So I’m happy to say although this has been a long process and I was scheduled for yet another interview (stoke interview this time) on 4/9....my stamp expired on 4/11 so after the interview I was told to come back on 4/12 for my stamp and I’ll get a feedback on the interview. That was the most stressful 3 days of my life even though I was over exaggerating since I’ve been happily married for almost 7yrs. Got to the office to collect my stamp and ISO told me she has approved my case and gave me a 3 mth stamp and I’ll get the card in the mail. Ten mins later I received a text and email “new card in production”...exactly 1501 days since I submitted my application for ROC. Next step citizenship

@Trini23 - What do you think caused them to want to do a stoke interview?  Age gap? (that is what I heard of in the past)

My husband is only 3yrs older. Probably because he was incarcerated for 2yrs and we had to reschedule the initial interview ..but grateful it’s over lol
