Thank you all for the helpful advice!!! Yes she has a student visa right now but we just aren't ready to get married before it expires. It would be too rushed especially with Her family. So marrying and then applying for an AOS isn't feasible. I wish it was!!!!! But the cr1 or k1 I think will be they only way. Now that I look at it, the k1 although more expensive in the long run, is more apealing because it's faster and one she is over here and we get married she has to stay while everything is being processed! Which is great for me!? I know she can't work or travel until everything gets approved, but I make enough to support both of us. Who knows how long (estimate) it takes for AOS, and AP and all of that stuff takes?

About a year for the Adjustment of status. it only takes about 90 days after filing for the EAD and AP though.
