Unfortunately, Vermont does not proceeds I-129f petitions. Based off your state you will be going to Texas Service center. Unfortanely they are backlogged and it is taking a very long time. They are procession July and some of August now. If you submit this month you are looking at about 8 months or so or less! Sorry?

Does seem even if you send it there, they then forward off. Sorry, but you will be stuck in Texas with the rest of us. My NOA1 date was July 28, 2014 and still waiting !

I'm sorry to say you will be processed at Texas Service Center based on the state the petitioner lives in. Vermont, has not processed K-1 petitions for quite some time now. I cannot tell you how quickly you will be processed, as you never know by the time they reach your petition things could change for the better. But for right now, you can expect at least 6-7 months of a wait. Currently TSC is working on finishing up July and moving on to August 2014 petitions (the website will claim June but this is not true). There is no way of knowing how fast or slow they will continue to be, but based on statistical trends it would seem they will only be slower if nothing changes. There are on odd occasions bulk transfers. In that case, last year several thousand petitions were sent to CSC, in order to lighten the load so to speak. I would not like to give you false hopes that this will happen any time soon again.

Plan for the long haul. I know it's painful.

just yesterday i was saying my god for the people who are suffering with tsc but did not thought i will be one of them

but something else, i was already preparing myself for this whole process to be for max 8 to 9 month, is that will be to the interview or what?

and thanks so much for your reply :)
