Check cashed, NOA1?

When we submitted our I-129F, I attached a G-1145 to the front.

Today I checked my bank account and saw that our application fee check had been cashed, does anyone know when I should receive my NOA1?

I thought I would have already received the text or email by now, since it has been 9 days since we sent our petition.

Naturalization Timeline
02/08/2022 - N-400 submitted online

02/09/2022 - status update (your case is being actively reviewed by USCIS)

02/09/2022 - letter received in online inbox - biometrics being reused, no appointment required

08/01/2022 - interview notice received

09/20/2022 - interview scheduled

APPROVED!

09/21/2022 - Oath Ceremony

09/21/2022 - Applied for passport book & card and registered to vote

10/29/2022 - received passport book (not expedited)

11/03/2022 - received passport card

Should be soon, that is a good sign. Like a good detective story....always follow the money. Down the road, the one hardcopy notice that you really want to make sure that you receive is your NOA2, the visa petition approval notice.

Who knows the vagaries of the USCIS and USPS?

It seem like you would of gotten some kind of electronic notification by now, but they could be a little behind. I can not remember exactly how long it was for me. I am sure it will be there soon, if not you should receive the hard copy in the mail in about 2 weeks, or less

I think my money was taken out of my account 3 days before I got a text or email. And my NOA1 date was actually a day before I got the text and email. Don't sweat it. You'll be at TSC and will have many, many more months of waiting ahead of you.

Just got the email/text!

TSC, but we already knew that.

Now all we can do is wait.

Thankfully my boss is very helpful with time off for visits.

And thankfully roundtrip tickets to Bogota are cheap.

So for now we wait and I countdown to our next reunion. He left the US 8 days ago and I arrive in Bogota for a 17 day visit in 24 days!
